Christmas - Part II

Save for the turkey, this year's menu was entirely different from the last.

A laksa leaf, pine nut and red chilli pesto pasta. Great, except for the 2 blenders that broke down - fortunately we had a small 3rd one. And thanks to Cookyn with Mervyn for sharing the recipe quite a while back in The Straits Times!





A zucchini & apple soup, spiced with green curry paste. Tastes much better than it sounds :)








We went without dessert (horrors!) - we didn't have space for it anyway :-p ...
